Project Benefits

Hebron is a major project that will deliver significant benefits to Canada, particularly to Newfoundland and Labrador: engineering, fabrication and construction, employment and training, research and development opportunities, along with significant royalty and tax revenues.

The Hebron Project Benefits Plan was submitted to the Canada-Newfoundland and Labrador Offshore Petroleum Board on May 10, 2011. The Benefits Plan builds on, and has been developed with the goal of further advancing, the development of the industry in the Province, so that Hebron delivers long-term value to Newfoundlanders, Labradorians and other Canadians.
